I like to buy my spices in bulk from sources I trust.  It is so much cheaper (I cook with a ton of spices) and I don't want my spices irradiated.  After years of having to open a jar to find out what is in it, and after trying to thicken a sweet and sour dish with cream of tarter instead of arrow root, I decided labeling them would be good.  So my husband sandblasted the names of the spices on  jars for me.  I love it.  They look so cute in my cupboards.  We have given them away as gifts because we like them so well.  Sara at Red Acre Farms saw them and is having me put their name on jars for the new year.  I will post them when I get them done.  They are cute.
